Lazizi Welfare Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation and the dedicated social impact arm of The
Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport, The Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara Safari Camp, and JW Marriott Masai Mara Lodge. The Foundation channels the collective commitment of these properties, together with their guests and partners,
into initiatives that uplift underserved communities across Kenya through sustainable, long-term impact.

Guided by four core pillars – Education, Healthcare, Conservation, and Community Empowerment – we work in close collaboration with local communities, corporate partners, and development organisations to deliver

Based in the heart of the Masai Mara, our programmes span a wide range of community and environmental initiatives, from rebuilding schools and improving access to clean water, to promoting sustainable agriculture and wildlife conservation.
