1. General Policy

Donations made to Lazizi Welfare Foundation are voluntary and generally non-refundable because they are immediately allocated to charitable activities.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate donation transactions
• Incorrect donation amount due to a technical error
• Unauthorized use of a donor’s payment method

3. Refund Request

To request a refund:

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
• Provide the donor’s name, transaction ID, donation amount, and reason for the request.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days and returned through the original payment method.

5. Processing Fees

Any applicable transaction or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
