Roots of Change
Lazizi Welfare Foundation
Lazizi Welfare Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation and the dedicated foundation arm of The Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport, The Ritz- Carlton Masai Mara Safari Camp, and JW Marriott Masai Mara Lodge. The Foundation is funded by these three properties, serving as the formal platform through which they invest in long-term, sustainable community and environmental initiatives across Kenya.
Guided by four core pillars – Education, Healthcare, Conservation, and Community Empowerment – we work in close partnership with local communities, corporate partners, and development organisations to deliver meaningful, measurable change.
